It is owned and operated by Chef Rachael DeSocio who has the drive and love of the Culinary world. Red Apple Catering is a scratch kitchen that uses local produce and meats for each dish created.  Corporate or event catering, lunch or dinner, we can create custom menus and packages to suit any occasion.
