Red Apple Catering is an off premise catering company servicing all of Connecticut. It is owned and operated by Chef Rachael DeSocio who has the drive and love of the Culinary world. Red Apple Catering is a scratch kitchen that uses local produce and meats for each dish created. Corporate or event catering, lunch or dinner, we can create custom menus and packages to suit any occasion. From appetizer presentations and meal plans to backyard cook outs; our food is prepared fresh for each event.
