Opened in 2014, Red Apple Catering is an off premise catering company servicing Central Connecticut. It is owned and operated by Chef Rachael DeSocio who has over 9 years of catering experience.

Red Apple Catering is a scratch kitchen and uses local produce and meats for each dish created.  Corporate or event catering, lunch or dinner, we can create custom menus and packages to suit any occasion. From appetizer presentations and meal plans to backyard cook outs; our food is prepared fresh for each event.
